Please read following cancellation and refund policy before you pay for any of the services provided by ASIAC (AIMSPAS INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY)

 

For all the services and courses, no refund is possible at any situation except when the organizers cancel the session/programme/admission in which case, the refund will be initiated within 10-12 working days.

 

For online counseling, please make sure that you have Broadband/Fibernet/High Speed Mobile Data connection. If there is any problem from the client’s internet connection, no refund will be provided. If there is any internet connection problem from the counselor’s side, we will give you a slot in your convenient time sooner. The payment you would do is for only 1 specific course session. If that session ends , you cannot ask for refund for the non utilized minutes for the reason that the  slot is booked exclusively for you. You should be on time and report to the counselor within 20 minutes from the time of appointment. If it does not happen, it will be taken as no show and your session will be cancelled. No refund will be provided. You should stick to the timing. The session cannot be rescheduled. The client is responsible for being available for the session on time and at the time scheduled. If the client is late, client has to understand that the appointment would need to end on time.

 

For online live courses/workshops , please make sure that you have Broadband/Fibernet/High Speed Mobile Data with required daily usage data. If there is any problem from the participant’s internet connection/app/phone/laptop/PC/microphone, no refund will be provided. For safety, please have more than one source of internet. 

 

For Certification/Diploma courses, if you enroll in a course for which you are not eligible and/or seats are not available or the classes are already started for the batch you enrolled, No Refund is possible. So please check for availability of seats and eligibility before you pay. If you miss a session(s) or class(es) of a workshop/course/training/internship, it cannot be compensated later by coming in some other timing. No refund can be requested for the missed sessions. Please use your discretion before you enroll in a course/internship/training/workshop whether you can attend all the sessions or at least 80% of classes as 80% is the minimum required attendance.

 

For all the courses, Viva (if applicable) should be attended within designated time frame from the last date of the class. Reports (if applicable) should be submitted within 30 days from the last class. if not attended/submitted, certificate will not be provided. No refund will be given.

 

In case of Diploma Courses, Certificate will not be provided if more than 60% of sessions (excluding the exam date) are missed by the participant and if the candidate did not pass or appear for the evaluation such as Viva Voce and/or submission of reports (whichever is applicable for the course).  In such a case, facilitator of the course/training has the right to withhold the certificate and no refund shall be considered. Please note that attendance for the 1st Day of the Training is compulsory.

 

You cannot change the batch of the course. However you may transfer your seat to someone who is eligible for the course. Thereby you can get the full money paid from the person. In the event of organizers cancelling the whole event, 100% of the money paid will be refunded.

 

For all the online courses/webinars/workshops, only the registered candidate should attend the classes. If someone else along with the registered candidate attending the class is found, the candidate’s registration will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be given.

 

All the time, video should be switched on. If the registered candidate is not appearing on the screen or the video is being recorded, the candidate’s registration will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

 

In case of hybrid/offline courses, if there is lock-down/restrictions given by the Government, only online mode classes will take place. No refund or no change of batch is possible as we are no way responsible for the change.

 

Facilitator has the right to cancel the candidate’s registration at any point in time if he/she is not comfortable with the candidate. In that case, the money for the classes that got over will be calculated and remaining money will be refunded within 10-12 working days. We believe facilitators have the right to choose his/her participants just like participants have the right to choose the facilitator.
